This Refund Policy applies to consultancy services provided by Hollitravels LTD.

1. Consultancy Fees

Fees paid for travel consultation services cover professional advice, planning and time spent preparing recommendations.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Consultancy fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been delivered.

• If work has commenced, partial refunds may not be available.

2. Cancellation by Client

If you cancel before consultancy work has begun, you may be eligible for a refund at our discretion.

If cancellation occurs after service delivery, refunds will not normally be issued.

3. Third-Party Bookings

We do not process payments for flights or accommodation through this website.

Any refunds related to third-party bookings are subject to the supplier’s own policies.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
