We do NOT:

• Sell airline tickets directly

• Act as a tour operator

• Process flight or hotel payments through this website

• Act as a government authority

Where appropriate, we may introduce clients to third-party travel providers. Any booking contracts are made directly between the client and the relevant third-party supplier.

3. Website Use

By using this website, you agree:

• Not to attempt unauthorised access

4. Consultancy Fees and Payments

Where consultancy fees apply:

• Fees will be clearly agreed before service begins

• Payment terms will be confirmed in writing

• Consultancy fees are for professional advice and planning services

Unless otherwise agreed, consultancy fees are non-refundable once the consultation service has been delivered.

5. Third-Party Providers

If we introduce you to airlines, hotels, visa agencies, or tour providers:

• We are not responsible for their services

• Their own terms and conditions apply

• Any booking contract is between you and the third party

We accept no liability for acts, errors or omissions of third-party suppliers.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Ensure travel documents (passport, visa) are valid

• Comply with entry requirements of destination countries

• Obtain appropriate travel insurance

We are not responsible for losses resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

• We are not responsible for flight cancellations, delays, or changes

• We are not responsible for visa refusals

• We are not liable for losses caused by third-party providers

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

8. Cancellations

If you cancel a consultation:

• Cancellation terms will depend on the stage of service provided

• Consultancy fees may be non-refundable once work has commenced

Any third-party booking cancellation terms are governed by the supplier’s own policies.

We are not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
